Batch Sigmoidal Transform doesn't produce corrects outputs

Running Batch Sigmoidal Transform on MSNFI-only data either creates empty/corrupted rasters or hangs while processing.

OS: Windows 7 64bit
ArcGIS: 10.2.1
Python: 2.7.5
Zupport version: 0.2.1

Not clear what is causing this, would need potentially major rewrite.
