Step informations are missing in the WebPageTest Report

I have executed a script with 15 Steps. I have added event names for all the required areas. It is an e-commerce flow,

Login
Search for a product
Add to Cart
Set Delivery date
Go to the Cart page
Placing the Order
Validating the success message
In this, until the Go to Cart page everything works fine. But the Place order step is displayed below,

But it is not due to the script issue, because out of 3 runs, at least 1 run can be able to place the order and execute until the end. The rest of the two missing with this information. I try to add a hard wait also in the script but nothing works.

Actually, I am not looking for product support. We tried to execute the same script in Mumbai/India it is working fine without any issues for multiple executions. I hope there are some connectivity issues with the other locations like Amsterdam, Netherlands or Frankfurt, Germany. Is that the root cause of the issue that I faced?
