Paid and OS development mismatch #678
Description
When Paid and OS have a mismatch in their development (column names) we get an incorrect Incurred Triangle. Even if we artificially make the column names the same and then add them together to get the Incurred, we face other issues later in other aspects of the Triangle object.
Is there anyway where we can fix the column names to go from 12 to 24 to 36 etc. without hampering the qualities of the triangle object?
