helptext.ts, helptext.py and helptext.go

I've adopted the practice of including my help text in a specific file to make it easier to manage. These are very formulaic and would be nice to generate from cmt. The always have a helpFmt function and the helpText or similar constant holding the Pandoc man page friendly CommonMark markup.
