• Issue: On Windows, when processing examples interference with git sometimes caused permission locks of files. Fixed in Fix Windows permission errors when cleaning output directories #110

• Issue: When trying to update the Old examples, the method that adds the row "project repo branch" couldn't find the "output repo branch" to read from. Fixend in Fixes _add_branch_name_to_log #111

• Consider replacing the following case studies with Jo's example from thesis

Sideload examples into CADET-Process documentation

./docs/source/load_studies.py contains function main
list studies can be updated to depict a specific example repository with a defined directory and branch name in the documentation to be build.
