When issue is started Component Group not expanded

When the issue is started, with or without an incident, the component group will not expand if the option “Collapsed Unless Ongoing Incident” is selected in the component group.

Yes, I am also facing this issue. It has to be resolved.

Why is there no update on this issue? The issue was opened on Dec 1, 2025, and is still unresolved.

I did change the file, and it has worked very well.
