Unable to select species to connect BridgeDb Webservice

It gets the species info from the webservice too. And this code is in BridgeDb itself: https://github.com/bridgedb/BridgeDb/blob/main/org.bridgedb.gui/src/org/bridgedb/gui/BridgeRestParameterModel.java#L32-L42

So, it looks like something got broken in the species list in the new BridgeDb Webservice.

It looks like it is using https://webservice.bridgedb.org/contents and that seems to work okay
