Request: WinXP start bar

I guess the title explains itself. Basically adding the win xp start bar, being able to add internal divs or something to represent open windows, etc.

Also, i found this PDF containing some visual guidelines used to design WinXP components. Guess it might be helpful.

Just came back to this repo as I have an open PR here, just letting you know, this is totally possible. I did this for a group's website I used to be a part of. It may not be 100% accurate as I just did it by eye, but you can check it out live here, and the source is also on my page here. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to help!

I've looked at your website and it's a good example of what i intend by this request. I've been using this lib on my portfolio, and a task bar would look really good on it. I wish i could contribute but my CSS knowledge is pretty basic, so i'll have to wait for the maintainers to add such feature.
