Check if a head pan joint is required for X02 #83

As the X02 is currently setup, it has a firmly attached head without a head pan joint.
This is because it has a 360 degree lidar, which we are however not allowed to use in the RoboCup.

To check if we would need to add another motor, we need to check what the area/angle is the currently used cameras are able to view in front of the robot.
