I use the same MacOS 26.1. The Analyzer takes a long long time to launch. Often two icons appear in the dock. So I close one down. Then I use the app to analyze the audio recording. How much time should it take to launch the app? |

Checking in to see if anyone else running the Mac OS 26.1 beta is experiencing this.
BirdNet Analyzer fails to launch when double-clicking the icon. The process ends up being terminated after a minute or two.
However, launching the executable from within the app (i.e. BirdNet-Analyzer-GUI/Contents/MacOS/BirdNet-Analyzer-GUI) results in a successful launch.
Just a heads up in case anyone has this issue as well.
