BUG: ImportError with dynesty.nestedsamplers.MultiEllipsoidSampler and UnitCubeSampler in dynesty_utils.py

Describe the bug

Recent versions of dynesty have deprecated and removed dynesty.nestedsamplers.MultiEllipsoidSampler and UnitCubeSampler.
bilby still imports these in https://github.com/bilby-dev/bilby/blob/main/bilby/core/sampler/dynesty_utils.py#L4 which causes an ImportError with current dynesty releases.

Hi @mj-will, I am using bilby 2.7.1. I've checked my log files (from parallel-bilby runs) carefully. Apologies for not checking those carefully. I think this issue is not relevant for bilby. Actually, the issue is not coming from bilby itself, that issue arises from parallel bilby side in this import: https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/parallel_bilby/-/blob/master/parallel_bilby/analysis/analysis_run.py?ref_type=heads#L10-L16 .

Hi @khunsang, that makes sense. parallel-bilby is no longer actively maintained. Once #1009 is merged and in a release, standard bilby will effectively replace parallel-bilby. Until then, I suggest downgrading dynesty if you need to use parallel-bilby.
