Remove the grid system

Deprecate the convoluted grid system. Replace its docs page with a guide on defining grids tersely with @scope. - Missing Roadmap

Blocked: @scope in Firefox.
Blocked: attr() for <custom-ident> in Firefox (I think? mdn isn't clear on this)
