Move build system from autotools to CMake

• Make CMake to work in Cloud, alongside the autotools.
• Make make dist to work.
• Use editor compatible with CMake.
• Remove Xcode project files.
• Handle remaining Todo items.
• Move Windows.
• Move macOS.
• Move iOS.
• Move Android.
• Move LInux client.
• Remove the autotools and its build output .deps / .dirstamp and others.
• Move cmake_config.h.in to config.h.in.
