Make Bibledit able to cover the Android system menu

I am using a Samsung Tab S9 FE, running Android 16.

It used to be that Bibledit Client would cover the system menu, and many other programs still do cover the system menu. But Bibledit stopped doing that.

This has caused a big change in the smooth operation of the program, because I have to resort to a multi-step work-around to be able to access the menus and to make it so Bibledit will play nicely with the G-board on-screen keyboard. And if I don't minimize the program carefully, I will need to re-do the work-around steps again, because the system often forgets the pop-up screen settings.

When opening the program from scratch, the view is like this, and the top-line menu doesn't function:

The steps for the work around are to flick up from the bottom to minimize the program, tap on the Bibledit icon in the display of active programs, choose Pop-up view, then carefully adjust the size of the pop-up window to approach the Android menu while leaving enough space at the bottom for G-board.

This works, but is still frustrating. Note the upper right corner:

With this setup, I often use my physical bluetooth keyboard to change to other programs with Alt-Tab. The Alt-Tab still works, but the program pops up UNDER Bibledit. "Oh yeah," I say, "I've got to minimise Bibledit to see the other program." (Doing so puts a small Bibledit icon on the screen.) The minimize button is small and it is right next to the maximize and close button. Hitting either of those buttons un-does the multi-step work-around.

So please, please: I request that Bibledit once again come up in full-screen mode and cover the Android system menu (not allowing the system menu to overwrite Bibledit's menu), just like it used to do, and just like many other programs still do.

This problem is FIXED! If you didn't fix it, I think that the new upgrade to my tablet fixed it.
Anyway, I am thrilled.

Glad it is fixed now. Yes new Bibledit releases are made all the time, but whether that fixed it, no idea. I had planned to acquire the Samsung Tab S9 FE but since it's now fixed, that is no longer needed then.

The same issues remain now that I have upgraded to the Samsung Tab S11. When Bibledit must be run in a popup window, I have to continually reposition the window. Also the menubar can disappear and the sliders in Preferences don't work.

I seem to no longer have permission to upload videos here on Github, both on Windows and Android. I will try sending my video by email.
