Make Bibledit able to cover the Android system menu #1091

I am using a Samsung Tab S9 FE, running Android 16.

It used to be that Bibledit Client would cover the system menu, and many other programs still do cover the system menu. But Bibledit stopped doing that.

This has caused a big change in the smooth operation of the program, because I have to resort to a multi-step work-around to be able to access the menus and to make it so Bibledit will play nicely with the G-board on-screen keyboard. And if I don't minimize the program carefully, I will need to re-do the work-around steps again, because the system often forgets the pop-up screen settings.

When opening the program from scratch, the view is like this, and the top-line menu doesn't function:
