I am wondering about the dimension of A in the input files.
For example for the power grid with 14 nodes, according to the paper, I would think A~R^(n_sample, 14, 14, 2); however, the actual dimension is (n_sample, 54, 4). Could you please explain a bit of how input A is generated? I very much appreciate it.
