Video titles and descriptions are duplicated on Amara

When translating a video on Amara, translators get asked for a title and a description. Is there any way to avoid the duplication between Amara and locales/en.js which also contains titles and descriptions?

Amara does have an API so we could tell Amara based on what we have. I don't think there's a way the other way around though.
That's a non trivial task though so I won't have time to do it myself at this time though.
I'll leave this open though in case someone else wants to jump on it.
