It seems that the plugin cannot detect math in article titles. To reproduce this problem, try this:
Title: Perpetual motion machine \(E=mc^2\)
Category: Foobar
Summary: Build a perpetual motion machine (no math in summary)
There's more math here \(c^2 = a^2 + b^2\)
Now browse to the Foobar category page. Make sure that this is the only article in the Foobar category. The math in the title does not get rendered. I also checked the Firefox Developer Tools, and no mathjax.js is loaded. I'm using the Flex theme.
