Binwrap install hangs on windows using npm and yarn

Binwrap install hangs when I try to install elm on windows. 

I get these errors:
npm ERR! elm@0.19.0-bugfix2 install: binwrap-install
npm ERR! Failed at the elm@0.19.0-bugfix2 install script.

When I try with yarn it hangs on building fresh packages..
Can anyone help? Thanks!
