Which Program for the Background Image of the Floors?

which program did you use to generate the floor plans? I like the simple 3D-esqe style without colours, but didn't find similar.

Hi,

I simply use sweet home 3D and put all the color to grey 🙂.

I hope soon we can have a scanning apps that do juste that !
