encoding error

mp3-tagger seems to lack support of diacritics.
I can save string such as "Cesky Rozhlas" to artist, but "Český Rozhlas" throws
UnicodeEncodeError: 'latin-1' codec can't encode character

I cant figure out how to convert the string properly to save it

This is a problem with python and it's rubbish binary encoding.
