Source Code: A Meta-Analysis of Research in Random Forests for Classification

The following repo contains the data as well as source code to reproduce the analysis presented in Pretorius et al. (2016) [web].

Files:

  • RFComparisonsData.csv --- RF comparative studies meta data.
  • RFResearchMetaAnalysis.R --- Analytic code (in the R language).
