Use SeaweedFS to test s3/s3tables api.

With the sunset of minio oss, we need to migrate our s3 compatible storage to other alternatives. seaweedfs seems quite attractive, they not noly support s3 api, but also s3tables.

Try to substitute seaweedfs for minio, and use it to test s3tables.
