why not delete the documents?
the websites have another repo maintain the docs.
Current repo docs_zh missing some files.

You're right! Since joining the Apache incubator, our official documentation has been moved to the separate geaflow-website repo, which is what the actual site renders https://geaflow.apache.org/. The docs in the main code repo are an outdated copy and can definitely cause confusion.
That's a good catch. We should bring this up on the dev mailing list to discuss removing the duplicate docs from the main repo—it's a great cleanup task.
