[Proposal] integratable with other projects

Dubbo Rust will parse more than one protocol of Dubbo RPC,

• Triple/gRPC protocol parsing ✅
• Hessian protocol parsing
• Thrift protocol parsing
• etc.

Dubbo Rust could release protocol parsing as a library, and as a component of other project.

Here is ideas:

1. Be protocol parsing component of Linkerd Proxy
2. As RPC component of other framework.
