Description
While parsing a file, the Daffodil helper tab does not list the option of open the Inforset or Infoset Diff View unless the active tab is the schema file:
Steps to Reproduce
Start debugging.
At any point, select the Daffodil helper icon on the left edge of the screen.
Expected Behavior
Both view options should appear anytime debugging is active and the view is not already open.
Actual Behavior
Options only available when selected tab is the schema editor
