Broken or Flaky test: NamespacesIT

While working on #6173 , noticed the test verifyIteratorInheritance() in NamespacesIT was failing. The test expects and error to be thrown but none is, possible race condition with the call to modifyProperties and the subsequent call to getNamespaceProperties
