Dynamical Mass -inf values

Some dwarf_hosted_gcs have -inf as the value for the Wolf dynamical mass. Specifically, the following systems:

'NGC 147-Hodge II', 'NGC 147-Hodge III', 'NGC 147-PA-N147-1', 'NGC 147-PA-N147-2', 'NGC 147-GC-SD7', 'NGC 185-FJJ III', 'NGC 185-FJJ V', 'NGC 185-FJJ VIII', 'NGC 205-Hubble I', 'NGC 205-Hubble II', 'NGC 205-Hubble IV', 'NGC 205-Hubble V', 'NGC 205-Hubble VI', 'NGC 205-Hubble VIII', 'NGC 6822-SC6', 'NGC 6822-SC7'

Is there an issue with the calculation of mass or missing values?

The direct cause of this bug was when I moved the code that compute the dynamical mass from the script, combine_table_general.py to the function compute_mass_error in the lvdb_function.py part of the LVDB package.

The one system I looked at in the list did not have an entry for rhalf and that might be the case of the bug.
The -inf should be replaced with empty/masked values.
