There are a handful of UCD (ultra-compact dwarf) systems in the LVDB and they are currently all located within the dwarf_local_field_distant table. These systems were included due to their inclusion in the LVGDB.
These systems may be nuclear star clusters or the stripped remnants of dwarf galaxies and should probably be moved to a different table.
These should probably be moved to a different table. There are two existing tables that could host these systems gc_other and misc. gc_other contains globular clusters/star clusters which might not include the UCD and misc generally includes much brighter systems (i.e. the hosts of dwarf galaxies).
