Dwarf Galaxy morphologies are missing

Recompilation of local volume dwarf galaxies, such as the famous McConnachie 2012 list the morphologies of dwarf galaxies, whenever available. I think it would be interesting to add-on to this database.

I agree that this would be good to add.

In the YAML files, there is currently a type key in the name_discovery column for the morphology of the dwarf galaxy/system. This is currently both not added to the main tables nor do many systems have entries (the key is newer). I think I added all the morphologies from McConnachie 2012. I generally have not utilized galaxy morphology in my research so adding this to the LVDB has not been a priority for me. You and others are welcome to add galaxy morphologies to systems missing this.

The type / galaxy morphology will be added to the main tables once issue #13 is dealt with and most YAML keys added as columns to the main tables.
