How can I get the landmarks index on the projected 2d space?

Actually we can get the 3d landmarks indies using meshlab. But In BFM model we finally get the landmarks result by 2d projected index, and I'm curious that how can I produce the projected index ?

How to get 3d landmarks indies with respect to 2D landmark (106 landmarks, or 1000 predefined 2D landmarks) ?
