Please don't use eval

As you already know, the eval() function is blocked by the restrictive "privileged apps" CSP in FirefoxOS.

In other words, I believe the ParseMetaData function needs a rewrite because every time you use eval(), God kills a kitten. 🐈 🔫 👻

JSON.parse() is probably a good alternative.

Replacing eval with JSON.parse would not work out of the box. The arrays to be parsed include empty elements which are fine for eval but invalid as JSON

'["SE","00","0",,,]' // <- notice the commas

One solution would be to fill these spaces when generating the metadata files, for example with null values (can't use undefined as it is also not a valid JSON value) but this would make the file size a bit larger:

'["SE","00","0",null,null,null]'
