Blur Effect on YASB Tooltip

What is the request?

This is my first time using custom bars on windows. Currently i'm trying to make a theme that fits the color of my desktop. As i came to the YASB Tooltip, I sees that the Tooltip can't be blurred. I do enabled the blur effect in config.yml

    blur_effect:
      enabled: true
      acrylic: true
      dark_mode: false
      round_corners: false
      round_corners_type: "normal"
      border_color: "system"

But the tooltip isn't one with the bar (from what i understand) which made it doesn't follow the blur configuration. I don't know if i missed a styling or config, but if this hasn't added. Maybe the blur_effect options can be also applied to the tooltip.

Why is it useful?

Giving more customizable styles on YASB Tooltip

Yeah, this makes sense, but I was also thinking about migrating all widgets to the same bar blur configuration, so once you enable blur on the bar, all widgets, popups, and tooltips will get this setting, so there is no need to change blur on each widget.

Global blur that already applies to the bar, tooltips, and popups, so per-widget blur feels unnecessary actually sounds better. While it can offer extra customization, having inconsistent blur between widgets might look odd. Which overall, a global blur effect alone is sufficient. i think going with that idea would be great.
