Tidbit "Runnable Link"

It'd be nice if there was a sep place to paste runnable links, so for Elm it could be a link to Ellie, that way it was consistent across Tidbits and people don't have to dig through the tutorial frames to find it.

Of course, once we can edit tidbits, we'd need to be able to edit this as well so it can be added later, after the initial construction of the tidbit.
