strange appearance of NPC's at some distance

Description of the problem

I don't know if it happens with all of them, but when you move away from some Ped models, they take on a strange appearance. I had a similar problem with mp_m_freemode peds but it was solved a while ago. Here are the Ped models I tried:

Reproduction steps

just create a simple ped to display, client or server side it doesn't matter. you can try the models I give below. Step away from the ped and explore the strange look.
