lack of clarity around platform support

The github project description is "A lean, agnostic, flexible file-change watcher, using OS X FSEvents" but it seems from #23 that maybe this is no longer true. The README.md and description both need to eliminate any confusion about which platforms kicker runs on.

Agreed.

We will have to do a proper version 3 release and then this should be cleaned/clarified as well.

It should work on all platforms that the Listen gem supports, but we only use it on OS X with FSEvents.

Eloy, I just released 3.0 can you change the description of the project? Possibly to something like this:
