Add support for Symfony Property-info ^6.0 and ^6.1

Symfony/property-info version 6.0 and 6.1 is released, would be amazing if kuberenetes-php-runtime would support it :)

(Also, not sure if ^6.0 also covers ^6.1)

Hi guys, thanks for your message.

In fact I have already created another project called OpenAPIRuntime, which supports Symfony-info 4/5/6.

I just need to update Kubernetes-php-client to use that lib...

I'm kinda busy this week, will update kubernetes-php-client next week. I'll put that into my calander.
