Bug Description

When I configure my dashscope key in cosh, the default Base URL is https://dashscope.aliyuncs.com/compatible-mode/v1 and I can't change it.
But actually, for different region, the base URL of dashscope is quite different.
For the U.S site, it is https://dashscope-us.aliyuncs.com/compatible-mode/v1.
For the international site, it is https://dashscope-intl.aliyuncs.com/compatible-mode/v1

Steps to Reproduce

1. in cosh, type "/auth".
2. the base URL is grey and I can't change it.

Expected Behavior

Fix it or make it more clear that this "dashscope" is just a recommendation and not suiltable for the international users.
