4. Paper/artifact counts (388/388) verified from claim_evidence_audit.json. Counts change on re-import.

Overview
Reconciles public docs language and claims against audited v0.3.0 sources. AGENTS.md replaces Mintlify placeholders with project terminology, writing standards, and documentation boundaries.

Adds a new Research Facility core concept page describing candidate generation/admission/promotion (ledgers, modes, guardrails, and bounded-cycle endpoints), links it into the nav (docs.json), and updates guides/idea-intake.mdx to show the facility as the upstream intake stage.

Updates concepts/control-plane.mdx to explicitly name Dashboard V2 (/control/dashboard-v2) as the canonical operator shell and note that operator lanes consume bounded /control/api/v1/* read models, and refreshes reference/promising-signals.mdx with verified export counts/buckets plus regeneration + validation commands. Adds docs-audit-notes.md capturing the audit sources, checks run, and remaining uncertainties.
