Favorite and Star buttons misaligned with long usernames

Description:

When the repository/organization name is long, the Favorite and Star buttons get misaligned and appear in a vertical stack instead of being horizontally aligned. This breaks the layout consistency.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to a repository list where the username is long (e.g., Login-Linjeforening-for-IT).
2. Observe the Favorite and Star buttons.
3. They appear stacked vertically instead of inline.

Expected Behavior:
The Favorite and Star buttons should remain horizontally aligned, regardless of the username length.
