Additional texture overlap for casting bar, on Ascension private server

I'm unsure if this is relevant to the addon, but there's an issue with the base casting bar texture appearing on top of the new textured casting bar. See image below.

I don't know if the issue only exists on private servers (Ascension) or if this also happens in more pure servers.
I had a look at the CastingBar.lua but it seems to be disabling the existing casting bar as expected. Would this be something that could be investigated? Maybe in your fork @akawula ?

Ok, seems I can fix by hiding casting bar region index 7 CastingBarFrameFlash OVERLAY. No adverse effects on the private server, but unsure if it would have impact on any other server. Can this be tested or should I add as pull request?

I am also playing on the same server.
for some reason target name plates become half portion after awhile, It becomes half mana bar and half health bar so it confuses me, sometimes make me think that the enemy is death but it is only half HP.
Does it also happens to you?
