REQUEST Table of Notations

Add a table of notations at the end of the PDF, and that this table needs to link to where the notation is defined.

Why?

There are many custom notations from previous chapters when one goes to later chapters, so such a table might be useful for people skimming and skipping sections.

UPDATE: The plan on implementing this is to implement it without the use of glossaries or nomencl, for better fine-tuning on the appearance and less dependencies.

Plan is to use a combination of tabular and ref commands (cref, pageref).
