Can the Herald plugin be set up for voice announcements in languages other than English?

Is it possible to configure the Herald plugin to output voice notifications in other languages, such as Chinese?

There are two things that would need to be done for this.

One is making those voices available in Herald. The other is making the notifications themselves in Chinese instead of English.

The first isn't particularly difficult. The second... well, someone has to translate them, and I don't know Chinese. I'm also not really willing to rely on machine translation since the short lines for notifications lack context and can very easily be mistranslated by such tools.

I'm interested in using Chinese voice for notifications. If you are planning to add localization options, I'd be happy to help with the Chinese translation.

It's something I've thought about adding before, and I appreciate the offer, but please keep in mind that it's not a one-time thing, and further localization might be required in the future if new features are added.

I'm going to be starting a large refactor soon, and will look into adding localization then. I'll reach out.
