I'm not sure what triggers it, but it's triggered with WordPress 6.4.2.

NULL is not a valid input to implode() here:

@dd32 this appears with the introduction of anonymous classes and functions like $filter = function () { return false; }. Those AST objects don’t have names, thus no name parts, thus NULL in the implode(). Resolved by #250
