CI: Safari action fails / times out

I just reran a Safari action that failed earlier, but it unfortunately still timeouts in the Run Tag No Prefetch step, even after the selenium update. See https://github.com/WebKit/JetStream/actions/runs/16961643236/job/48080201728

This seems to have been fixed around #235 or #220, and most runs in the last two runs seem to go through (https://github.com/WebKit/JetStream/actions), hence closing.
