Enhancement request for Time Series tab in GWSDAT

In Time series tab 2 enhancements are required.

1. Add time slider to select date range similar to tab Spatial Plot and Trends & Thresholds charts

2. Ability to select multiple wells similar to tab Trends & Thresholds charts -Spatiotemporal Predictions option and select multiple substances
