[Bug]: download.virtualbox.org inaccessible over IPv6 networks

What happened?

A host connected to an IPv6-only Internet connection (without any transition machanisms such as NAT64) cannot download any packages from download.virtualbox.org because there are no AAAA records setup for this URL.

This affects downloads from VirtualBox's website and package installation/updates for Linux repositories.

How can we reproduce this?

• Connect host to an IPv6-only Internet connection (without amy transition machanisms)
• Try to download anything from download.virtualbox.org: Unreachable.

Did you upload all of your necessary log files, screenshots, etc.?

• Yes, I've uploaded all pertinent files to this issue.

Acknowledging your finding. Can't promise a quick (or any) solution, because download.virtualbox.org is simply an alias for download.oracle.com, so the related changes to the Akamai setup need to be done by the team at Oracle who owns the latter. Not so easy to find out...
