[Bug]: Can't enumerate USB devices and error while installing

What happened?

There is an error during installation

Output after purging and reboot:

sudo apt install virtualbox
virtualbox
sudo apt purge virtualbox
neofetch
(again to take a screenshot I forgot)
sudo apt install virtualbox
virtualbox

How can we reproduce this?

I guess install Linux Mint 22.3 and sudo apt install virtualbox. First time I installed from the Software Manager and got the same error. Also for some reason my camera doesn't work so maybe it's related (intel-ipu6-dkms error). Also I have forgotten to say that the camera doesn't work on other systems so it looks like a hardware issue.

Also now after installing anything from Software Manager I get this error.

I'll try to get rid of it later
