When trying to save a new version of a work instruction, MESS does not clearly let technicians know that the title version combination already exists in the database.

The error message currently displayed in the UI during this scenario is "An error occurred while saving changes." This error message should be displayed instead. "Unable to save Work Instruction. Please ensure Title and Version are unique."
