Work Instruction Export Fails on Work Instructions with Broken (0 Byte) Images

This occured when exporting the G3 Guts work instruction... It is possible that the problematic images could be ones that were not saved correctly.

This issue occurs when there are broken images in the work instruction. Error handling could be improved to stop bad exports sooner and let the user know which nodes need to be fixed.
