what is the usual processing time of review to integration?

found some warnings while performing cppcheck, fixed them now

• C1COMP.cpp - Removed unused rightMessages[2]
• C1COMP.cpp:960 - Restructured ternary to if-else (log10 false positive)

corrected, fixed several issues and moved away from remote dependencies.
All files are now included and shipped with the plugin.
